What we collect

Details you give us: name, mobile number, email, travel dates, number of travellers, pickup location and any notes when you enquire, register or book.
Partner and supplier details: business name, contact details, packages and rates you submit.
Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and clicks on call and WhatsApp buttons, collected with Google Analytics and (when enabled) Meta Pixel cookies.
Trip tracking: when a booking has live cab tracking switched on, the driver's location is shared with that booking's customer through a private link, only for the duration of the trip.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, confirm bookings and send trip updates and vouchers.
To share your trip details with the supplier, hotel or cab operator who will deliver your service.
To improve the website and measure which pages and ads bring enquiries.
To show relevant Tripleads ads on Google and Meta platforms to people who visited our site (remarketing).

Who we share it with

Only with the suppliers and operators needed to deliver your booking, with payment and communication providers, and with analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta). We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and ads

We use cookies for login sessions, analytics and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised ads through your Google and Meta ad settings.

Security & retention

Passwords are stored in hashed form. We keep booking records for as long as needed for service, accounting and legal requirements, and delete or anonymise other enquiries on request.
